Lost In Time IV is a spacious and comfortable yacht that was significant upgraded in 2012 with additional upgrades in 2013 and 2014. She features four very nice staterooms, three guest cabins forward, and can sleep eight very comfortably with a very private full beam master aft. Three heads, a large U-shaped galley with updated appliances, U-Shaped dinette opposite the galley, a spacious full beam salon with wetbar, a fully enclosed sundeck and a very large flybridge make this an exceptionally comfortable liveaboard with plenty of room for entertaining. A laundry room with large stacked washer and dryer leads to a walk in engine room that provides great access to the major systems of the yacht. A 13' center console Nouvarania tender stored on a freedom lift off the swim platform provides comfortable transportation to and from the boat at anchorage or around the marina. Standard features: 57 Viking Walk Through Boarding Lost In Time IV can be done by either boarding ladder or Marquip gangway amidship on both port and starboard or by the swim platform and up a ladder to the Sundeck. Once onboard you enter the pilothouse via wing doors or through a sliding door into the salon from the sundeck. The pilothouse features a large helm and a bench seat for three and a companionway to the forward berthing spaces. Following the companionway down to the forward berthing, three staterooms that comfortably sleep six and two heads are laid out in the forward section of the yacht. In the bow is a centered double berth and at the landing of the companionway is the guest head with separate shower stall. Aft of the companionway is a double berth cabin to port with a private head with separate shower stall and a third cabin with two single berth over under bunks to starboard. Back up the companionway, the large U-shaped galley is located directly aft of the pilothouse with a U-shaped dinette opposite the galley to starboard. The very spacious salon features an L-shaped sofa, a recliner with ottoman, entertainment center and a wet bar. A companionway down to the master cabin, laundry and engine room is to starboard. Furthest aft on the main level from the salon is a sliding glass doors to the fully enclosed sundeck and to starboard forward in the salon is a companionway up to the flybridge. Down the companionway to the lower level you will find the laundry room with access to the walk in engine room to port and then enter the very spacious, full beam master cabin. The master cabin features a centered queen berth aft, a built in bench seat to starboard, entertainment center and large head with large sink, toilet and full size tub and shower enclosure. Up the companionway from the salon you enter the flybridge which features three captains chairs across the large helm, a dinette to port, large chaise lounge to starboard, plenty of open deck space aft with a davit, cradle and grill. The flybridge is fully enclosed and provides great viability for navigation. The foredeck features a large bench seat facing forward and the sundeck features four chairs and a hi/lo table. A freedom lift on the swim platform cradles the large center console tender. 57 Viking Accommodations This yacht can comfortably sleep eight in four staterooms supported by three heads. In the forward berthing spaces there are three staterooms that sleep six supported by two heads. In the bow is a centered double berth. Aft in the forward berthing compartment is a double berth cabin to port with private head with shower stall and a third cabin with two single over under bunks is to starboard. Between the forward stateroom and the aft two cabins is another guest head with separate shower stall. The very spacious, full beam master cabin features a centered queen berth aft and large head with sinks, toilet and full size tub and shower enclosure. 57 Viking Pilothouse Lost In Time IV's lower helm provides a nice sized space to navigate the yacht from. The helm features wing doors both port and starboard with Phantom retractable screen doors (2013), a centered helm and a companionway to starboard down to the forward berthing spaces. Large forward windows with blinds (2013) and the wing doors provide great visibility and a large chart desk to port of the helm provides space for planning. The three basin porcelain sink with garbage disposal faces port and looks out a large window that slides (2013) open for additional airflow. A four place cook top is forward in the galley and the full size double door refrigerator/freezer, microwave/convection oven, trash compactor and pass-thru opening to the salon are aft. New carpet (2012) covers the sole in the salon. A glass sliding door with shades (2012) provide access from the salon to the Sundeck and swim platform. The forward guest stateroom features a centered double berth with under berth starage drawer and compartment. To starboard is a large hanging locker, along each side is additional storage drawers, cabinets and shelves. Two portlights and an overhead hatch provide fresh air and natural light into the space and the sole is carpeted (2012). The Starboard guest stateroom features 2 single over under bunks with reading lights, a nightstand with drawers next the berths, built in storage cabinets and two portlights allow natural light and air into the space. The port guest stateroom features a double berth with reading lights, large hanging locker, under berth storage, small TV in the overhead and two portlights for natural light and airflow. This stateroom has a private head that features a Vacuflush toilet, vanity with sink, large medicine cabinet and separate sower stall. Floor mounted night lights are throughout in the forward berthing compartment 57 Viking Master Stateroom & Ensuite Head The full beam, very spacious, carpeted (2012) master suite provides the owner of this yacht with first class accommodations. Upon entering the space a love seat is to starboard and an entertainment center is centered forward in the space and features a large, Zenith flat screen TV, Panasonic VHS & DVD player and a Toshiba tuner/equalizer/cassette player. Storage cabinets and hanging lockers are on all four bulkheads The beautiful centered queen berth is the focal point of the space and flanked on either side by large nightstands. The entrance to the master head is to port forward in the space. There are two rectangular windows on both port and starboard in the suite for natural light and air. The master head features a large basin in the vanity, under vanity storage a Vacuflush toilet, full size tub with glass shower enclosure and a large towel closet 57 Viking Laundry The laundry/utility room is forward of the master stateroom and features a Whirlpool heavy duty stacked washer and dryer unit forward in the space and a utility bench and cabinets aft. The walk in engine room door is on the center line further into the laundry/utility room and forward. 57 Viking Flybridge The flybridge continues to exceed expectations on this yacht. The upper helm is equally equipped if not slightly better equipped to navigate the yacht as the lower helm and with three captains chairs across the helm provides plenty of room for others. Aft of the helm is a large entertaining area which features a dinette to port that comfortably seats five or six and a large built in chaise lounge to starboard faces aft. This portion of the flybridge is fully enclosed by canvas and isinglass.
